The Production is Esse Florals' full-scale corporate offering — designed for large-scale events that require floral design across multiple spaces, multi-day productions with daily refreshes, or hospitality clients who want an ongoing partnership rather than one-off orders. We become your embedded floral design team: we know your brand, your spaces, your standards, and your timelines. Every event we touch feels like an extension of the last one — cohesive, considered, and consistent.
This package is also available as a quarterly or annual retainer for hotels, restaurants, corporate campuses, and organisations hosting recurring events. Retainer clients receive priority scheduling, locked-in rates, and a dedicated point of contact on our team.

When flowers need to hold up under studio lighting, read correctly on camera, and stay fresh across a full production day, the approach changes. We think about how colour translates on screen, how volume reads from different focal lengths, how long specific blooms hold before they need refreshing. We collaborate with your director, production designer, or art director from pre-production through wrap — not just showing up on set with something pretty and hoping it works.
The Set package is available for half-day shoots, full production days, and multi-day productions. We can also provide a dedicated on-set floral stylist to handle placement, refresh, and adjustments throughout the shoot. Every arrangement is built to serve the story on screen.

Presence is Esse's weekly ambient floral subscription for Atlanta businesses. Three tiers — Presence · Essential ($200/week), Presence · Full ($400/week), and Presence · Estate ($700+/week) — covering one arrangement up to a full multi-room venue program. We consult with you at the start to understand your space and palette, then design and deliver fresh arrangements on a weekly or bi-weekly schedule. We own and maintain the vessels, handle every swap-out, and adjust direction seasonally. It's a florist relationship, not a delivery service.

Yes. We offer a free 2-week pilot for new Presence accounts — two weekly deliveries at no cost so you can see the quality in your space before signing anything. All we ask is that you allow us to photograph the arrangements and tag Esse in one post or story. After the pilot, we'll have a quick conversation about whether a subscription makes sense. No pressure either way.

All Presence tiers require a 3-month minimum — enough time for the program to settle into the space and for you to see the full value of seasonal consistency. After that, you can pause or cancel with 30 days notice. Estate retainer agreements are available quarterly (from $4,500) or annually (from $15,000) with locked-in pricing. A 30% deposit starts the program; retainer agreements require a 50% deposit.
